The label01
What are the dynamic brain supplement ingredients?
The dynamic brain supplement ingredients fall into two groups: listed vitamins and minerals, and one proprietary blend. Stonehenge Health of Newport Beach, California distributes it (Stonehenge Health, Dynamic Brain).
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Vitamin B6 | 12 mg |
| Vitamin B12 | 20 mcg |
| Choline | 110 mg |
| Magnesium (as oxide) | 42 mg |
| Proprietary blend | 745 mg |
The blend names bacopa (BacoMind), lion's mane, DHA, phosphatidylserine, L-theanine, GABA, DMAE, gotu kola and Huperzia serrata with 1% huperzine A, among others.
Dose math02
How much of each blend ingredient is in a serving?
The label does not say how much of each blend ingredient is in a serving. It gives only the 745 mg total.
The blend names 18 items. If the weight were split evenly, each would get about 41 mg. It almost surely is not even, so the figure is only a sense of scale.
US rules require the blend total and the order of predominance, not single weights (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36). Synaptril uses the same rule with a 575 mg total and six items.
Safety03
What are dynamic brain supplement side effects?
Dynamic brain supplement side effects are not listed in the sources we use, so we name none for the blend. We can speak to the magnesium line.
Magnesium taken as a supplement above 350 mg a day can cause diarrhea, nausea and cramps. This serving has 42 mg, well under that. Oxide is also absorbed less completely than several other forms (NIH ODS, Magnesium).
The product contains soy, so people with a soy allergy should ask the maker first. Tell your doctor about any supplement, keep taking prescribed medicine, and do not change it because of a supplement (NIH ODS, Supplements: What to know).

Where can I buy Dynamic Brain, and is it on Amazon or Walmart?
The maker lists it at stonehengehealth.com (Stonehenge Health, Dynamic Brain). We could not confirm a dynamic brain supplement amazon or dynamic brain supplement walmart listing, so we do not say there is one.
Check any outside listing for the seller, the seal and the expiration date. FDA warns that a label may not match the contents (NCCIH, Using supplements wisely).
Synaptril, by comparison, is ordered only through the official checkout. See Synaptril side effects for our own safety notes and Synaptril versus other brain supplements for the full comparison.
FAQ05
Dynamic Brain label questions
How many Dynamic Brain capsules are in a serving?
A serving is 2 capsules, and a bottle holds 60 capsules. That is a 30-day supply if you take the full serving every day. Synaptril, by contrast, is one capsule a day with 30 capsules a bottle.
Does Dynamic Brain contain soy?
Yes, the maker's page says the product contains soy. Anyone with a soy allergy should ask the maker before taking it and should read the allergen line on the bottle in hand, since labels can change.
What is the magnesium form in Dynamic Brain?
Magnesium oxide, at 42 mg per serving. Small studies suggest several other forms are absorbed more fully than oxide. Synaptril lists 80 mg of magnesium as glycinate, which is a different form (NIH ODS, Magnesium).
Is Dynamic Brain made in the USA?
The label says made in the USA, and the product is distributed by Stonehenge Health in Newport Beach, California. A label statement is not an audit, and we have not seen a lab report or certificate.
Has the FTC taken action against Dynamic Brain?
We found none, but we cannot prove none exists. Check the FTC site yourself. A missing action does not show that any memory or focus claim is proven, and this post makes no such claim.
Why does a proprietary blend matter for safety?
Because you cannot see how much of each item you take. If you use a medicine that interacts with one ingredient, you cannot judge your exposure. Ask the maker for single amounts and show the label to your pharmacist.
