Is Synaptril Third-Party Tested? Badges, Codes and Lab Reports
Is Synaptril third-party tested? Not that anyone can show. No outside lab, certifier or test report is named on the label or the sales page. The bottle's GMP, FDA facility and made-in-USA badges are the brand's own claims, and the lot and CoA codes we were given are seller references, not lab proof. You can ask the order desk for a report.

The short answer01
Is Synaptril third-party tested?
No third-party test of Synaptril is public. The label and the sales page name no outside lab, no certifier and no test date.
Third-party testing means an independent lab checks a batch and puts its name on the result. Without a named lab or a report, there is nothing for a buyer to look up.
That does not mean the capsules fail any test. It means the proof is not shown, so you take the quality on the brand's word.

Badges02
What do the Synaptril quality badges mean?
The Synaptril badges are brand claims, not certificates. Each one comes from the brand's own image set, and none names who checked it.
Some badges match the label. The capsule shell is made of hypromellose, a plant-based material, so "vegetarian" fits the ingredient list. Others cannot be confirmed from anything printed. Each badge is shown with a plain note.

A brand badge. No factory, certifier or audit date appears on the label.

A brand badge. The label names no facility. Registration is not approval.

A brand badge. The label prints no country of manufacture.

A brand badge. The label carries no outside certification.

A brand badge. The capsule also lists stearic acid, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

A brand badge. No formulator is named or credentialed.

A brand badge. No gluten test or certifier is named.

A brand badge. No dairy appears in the listed ingredients.

A brand badge. The capsule shell is made of hypromellose, a plant-based material.

All of these badges come from the brand's own image set. Each one is the seller's own claim rather than a certificate, and none names a certifier, lab or audit. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Dietary supplements Q and A), and health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance).
GMP03
Is Synaptril made in a GMP facility?
The Synaptril GMP badge says so, but no facility, certifier or audit date is named. So the claim cannot be checked.
GMP means good manufacturing practice. Under federal law, every firm that makes supplements is responsible for following it and for keeping its products free of adulteration (FDA, Dietary supplements Q and A). A GMP badge, on its own, restates that duty.
What would make the claim checkable is a named audit. That is a report from an outside program, with the facility's name and the date it was inspected.
The label prints no facility at all. It names only a distributor, Gluco Elixir of Aurora, Colorado. See who makes Synaptril.

FDA04
Does FDA registration mean FDA approval?
No. FDA registration means a facility is on the FDA's list. It is not approval, and it is not an inspection result.
The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they go on sale. It also does not decide if they work (FDA, Dietary supplements Q and A) (NIH ODS, Supplements: What to know). The firm must have proof for its claims and must follow good manufacturing practice.
The Synaptril "Registered FDA facility" badge names no facility. So you cannot look up which site it refers to.
NCCIH notes that terms such as "standardized", "verified" or "certified" do not, by themselves, guarantee quality (NCCIH, Using supplements wisely). What counts is who did the checking and what they found.
Lab report05
Is there a certificate of analysis for Synaptril?
No certificate of analysis for Synaptril is published. The seller gave us lot S-26/GE-6580 and CoA code S-6580-26-GE, but these are references, not reports.
A certificate of analysis, or CoA, is a lab's report on one batch. A code alone tells you nothing about what was tested or found.
A real CoA usually shows these details:
- The product name and the lot it covers
- The lab's name and the test date
- Each test, its method and its limit
- The result for each test, with a pass or fail
- A signature or approval from the lab

Check your own bottle's codes and seal on the lot number check.

What does third-party testing check for?
Third-party testing checks that a supplement holds what its label says and nothing harmful that it should not. Four kinds of tests do most of the work.
This matters because what is on a label is not always what is in the bottle (NCCIH, Using supplements wisely). The FDA has found over a thousand products sold as supplements or foods with hidden drugs and chemicals (FDA, Tainted supplements). They are often sold for weight loss, sexual enhancement, bodybuilding, joint pain, diabetes or sleep.
Identity
Is each listed ingredient really there, such as turmeric and not a look-alike?
Strength
Does the capsule hold the printed amount, here 80 mg of magnesium?
Contaminants
Heavy metals such as lead, plus microbes, within set limits.
Hidden drugs
No undeclared drug ingredients or stimulants mixed in.
A tested supplement is still not a substitute for treatment. Ask your doctor before starting Synaptril if you take warfarin, insulin or another diabetes medicine (MSKCC, Coenzyme Q10) (Linus Pauling Institute, Lipoic acid).
At home07
What can you check on your own Synaptril bottle?
You can check the seal, the label and the storage on your own Synaptril bottle. Those are the quality checks the label hands to you.
The label says not to use the bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing. It also asks you to store it in a cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F). Heat and damp are hard on capsules.
Compare what you hold with the Supplement Facts panel: one capsule per serving, 30 servings, 80 mg of magnesium and a 575 mg blend of six. If anything differs, call the order desk.
Ask for proof08
How can you ask for a lab report on your Synaptril batch?
Ask the order desk at +1 (323) 348-1373 or [email protected] for a lab report. Give your order ID and any code printed on your bottle.
Ask which lab ran the tests and on what date. If no report comes back, weigh that before your 60-day window ends.
FAQ09
Synaptril testing and quality questions
Is Synaptril made in a GMP facility?
The brand shows a GMP badge, but no facility, certifier or audit date is named, so it cannot be checked. Every supplement firm is already required by law to follow good manufacturing practice. A badge alone restates that rule; a named audit would show it was met.
Is there a certificate of analysis for Synaptril?
No certificate of analysis is published. The seller supplied the codes S-26/GE-6580 and S-6580-26-GE as references, but no lab name, test date or results come with them. You can ask the order desk for the report on your batch.
Does FDA registration mean FDA approval?
No. Registration puts a facility on the FDA's list; it is not an approval or a passed inspection. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before sale, and the Synaptril badge does not name which facility it refers to.
What does third-party testing check for?
It checks identity, meaning each listed ingredient is really there; strength, meaning printed amounts are met; contaminants such as heavy metals and microbes; and hidden drug ingredients. The lab is independent of the brand and puts its name on the results.
Has Synaptril been tested for heavy metals?
No heavy metal results for Synaptril are public. The label and the sales page mention no such test. If this matters to you, ask the order desk for a lab report covering lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury for your batch.
How can I ask for a lab report on my batch?
Call +1 (323) 348-1373 or email [email protected] with your order ID and the codes on your bottle. Ask for the lab's name, the test date and the results. The website inbox cannot see orders or batches.
Are the Synaptril capsules vegetarian?
The capsule shell is made of hypromellose, a plant-based material, and the brand shows a vegetarian badge. The label does not say whether its stearic acid and magnesium stearate come from plant or animal sources. No outside vegetarian certifier is named, so the badge is the brand's own claim.
