Synaptril shipping is free on three or six bottles. On the two-bottle pack, a shipping fee is added, and the checkout shows the amount before you confirm (Synaptril sales page).
The sales page lists the three-bottle pack with "free US shipping" and the six-bottle pack with "free shipping". The two-bottle pack is marked "plus shipping" with no figure printed next to it.
So the cheapest way to avoid a delivery charge is to choose three or six bottles. If you only want two, look for the shipping line on the checkout summary before you pay.

How long does Synaptril take to arrive?
The sales page does not state a delivery time. We will not guess one, because a wrong date only causes worry.
Your order email is the best guide. It should arrive soon after you pay and carry your order ID. If tracking details follow, they will show the carrier's own estimate.
If a week goes by with no news, contact the order desk. Give them your order ID and ask for the tracking number and the expected date.
The money-back window is 60 days. The guarantee timeline counts it from your order, so a slow parcel uses up part of it. Ask the desk if a delay worries you.
Larger packs may come in one box or several. If fewer bottles arrive than you ordered, count again, then tell the desk which pack you bought.

Where does Synaptril ship from?
The sales page does not name a warehouse or shipping origin. What we can report is the names printed on the bottle and in the sales-page footer.
The label names Gluco Elixir of Aurora, Colorado, as distributor. The sales-page footer lists SHIPOFFERS at 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011. Both sit in the same city, but neither line says "ships from".
The returns address is different again: 195 Broadway, Floor 5, New York, NY 10007, USA. That is where bottles go back under the guarantee, not where new orders leave from.

What if a Synaptril parcel is lost or damaged?
Contact the order desk as soon as you notice the problem. Tell them your order ID and what happened, and keep the box and any broken bottles.
Photos help. Take a picture of the outer box, the label on it and any bottle with a torn or missing safety seal. The bottle label says not to use a capsule from a bottle whose seal is damaged or missing.
The sales page does not spell out its rules for lost or damaged parcels. Ask the desk what they need from you and whether they will resend or refund. Write down the date and the name of whoever you speak to.

Can Synaptril ship to a PO box or a new address?
The sales page does not say whether PO boxes are accepted. Ask the order desk before you order if you need one.
If you typed the wrong address, call +1 (323) 348-1373 right away. The sooner you call, the better the chance of a change before the parcel leaves. Have your order ID and the correct address ready.

Count the bottles, check every safety seal and store the capsules somewhere cool and dry, below 30°C (86°F), as the label asks.
Keep the bottles out of reach of children. Leave unopened bottles sealed until you need them, and keep every bottle, even empty ones, in case you use the guarantee. Whether opened or empty bottles are accepted is not printed on the sales page, so ask the desk.
