The panel01
What are the Synaptril supplement facts?
The Synaptril supplement facts are the boxed panel on the right side of the label. It lists the serving size, one printed amount, one blend and the other ingredients.
The panel is where amounts and Daily Values must appear. Tap a numbered spot below to read that line in plain words.
Tap a number to see what that part of the label says.
- Serving size
1 capsule, 30 servings per container.
- Magnesium
80 mg, as magnesium glycinate from the blend.
- % Daily Value
19%. The DV for magnesium is 420 mg.
- Blend weight
575 mg for six ingredients, amounts hidden.
- Blend list
Listed from most to least by weight, magnesium glycinate first, CoQ10 last.
- Footnotes
The † means no Daily Value has been set for the blend.
- Other ingredients
The vegetable capsule shell and four flow and filler agents.
Serving02
How many capsules make one Synaptril serving?
One. The panel reads "Serving Size: 1 Capsule" and "Servings Per Container: 30".
So a bottle is a 30-day supply at the label's rate. The directions match: "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily." No time of day or meal rule is printed.
The caution line adds a hard limit: "Do not exceed recommended dose." A second capsule would also double the magnesium.
| Serving size | 1 capsule |
|---|---|
| Servings per container | 30 |
| Capsules per bottle | 30 vegetable capsules |
| Directions | Take one (1) capsule daily |
| Not for | Anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing mothers |
| Storage | Cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F) |

The one amount03
What does 80 mg of magnesium at 19% DV mean?
It means one capsule gives about a fifth of the Daily Value for magnesium. The Daily Value used on labels is 420 mg, and 80 is 19% of that.
Adults need 310 to 420 mg a day from all sources, depending on age and sex (NIH ODS, Magnesium). Most of that should come from food. The 80 mg in a capsule tops it up.
There is also a ceiling. NIH sets the upper limit at 350 mg a day from supplements and medicines, not food (NIH ODS, Magnesium). One capsule stays well under it. If you also take a multivitamin or an antacid with magnesium, add those numbers together.
mg per capsule
The only single amount printed anywhere on the bottle.
mg Daily Value
The label reference that turns 80 mg into 19%.
More on the form and its gentle reputation: magnesium glycinate for focus.
The blend04
What is the Synaptril 575 mg proprietary blend?
The Synaptril proprietary blend is one 575 mg line that covers six ingredients. It names them in order but gives no single weights.
Federal rules allow this. A blend must show its total weight and list its ingredients from most to least by weight (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36). Each ingredient also carries a dagger: "† Daily Value not established."
The order is the key to reading it. Magnesium glycinate comes first and also supplies the 80 mg of magnesium, so it is the heaviest by far.
Magnesium glycinate
First, and likely about 400 to 570 mg of the 575 mg.
Alpha lipoic acid
Second. An antioxidant the body also makes.
Butcher's broom (Ruscus aculeatus) root extract
Third. A plant studied for leg veins.
L-carnitine
Fourth. Moves fats into cells for energy.
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract 95% curcuminoids
Fifth. A standardized spice extract.
Coenzyme Q10 (as ubiquinone)
Sixth and smallest.
The math, with an interactive capsule bar, is on the Synaptril ingredients page.
Other ingredients05
What else goes into a Synaptril capsule?
Five other ingredients make up the capsule and help it fill: hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide.
They sit under "Other ingredients", below the panel, and are not part of the 575 mg. None is an active ingredient. Their job is to hold the powder and keep each capsule the same weight.
Hypromellose
The vegetable capsule shell, a plant cellulose material rather than gelatin.
Microcrystalline cellulose
A plant fiber filler that adds bulk so capsules fill evenly.
Magnesium stearate and stearic acid
Lubricants that stop powder sticking to the filling machine.
Silicon dioxide
A flow agent that keeps the powder from clumping.

Mixed reports07
Why do some Synaptril write-ups list other ingredients?
Some online write-ups name phosphatidylserine or rhodiola in Synaptril. The label we read lists neither.
We cannot say where those lists came from. They may describe an older formula, a different product with a similar name, or a simple mistake. The label on the bottle is the only list that counts.

How do you check a Synaptril bottle against the label?
Check four things when a bottle arrives: the seal, the panel, the edge code and the storage spot.
Seal
The label says not to use the bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Panel
Match the serving size, the 80 mg magnesium line and the 575 mg blend.
Edge code
ENB_452_01_062526 runs up the label edge. Its meaning is not explained.
Storage
Keep it below 30°C (86°F), away from a hot car or a steamy bathroom.
The label asks you to consult a physician first if you take a medication or have a medical condition. Do not stop or change a prescription for a supplement. See Synaptril side effects.
Lot S-26/GE-6580 and CoA S-6580-26-GE are seller references, not lab proof. See batch verify.
What is missing09
What does the Synaptril label leave out?
The label leaves out single blend amounts, the manufacturer, the country of manufacture and any lab report.
None of these is required on a supplement label. Each gap still limits what a buyer can check. We list what is printed and say plainly when something is not.
FAQ10
Synaptril supplement facts: questions people ask
What does the Synaptril Supplement Facts panel say?
It lists a serving of 1 capsule, 30 servings, magnesium 80 mg (19% DV) as magnesium glycinate, and a 575 mg proprietary blend of six ingredients. Below it sit the other ingredients: the hypromellose capsule, cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide.
How much magnesium is in one Synaptril capsule?
Eighty milligrams of elemental magnesium, from magnesium glycinate. That is the only amount printed on the label. It is well under the 350 mg daily upper limit for supplements, but count any other magnesium you take, such as a multivitamin or antacid (NIH ODS, Magnesium).
What percent daily value of magnesium does Synaptril give?
Nineteen percent. Labels use a 420 mg Daily Value for magnesium, and 80 mg is about 19% of it. Your own need may be lower: adult women need 310 to 320 mg a day from all sources, men 400 to 420 mg (NIH ODS, Magnesium).
What are the other ingredients in a Synaptril capsule?
Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide. The first is the vegetable capsule shell. The rest help the powder flow and fill evenly. They are listed outside the 575 mg blend and are not active ingredients.
What is the serving size of Synaptril?
One capsule a day. The panel reads "Serving Size: 1 Capsule" and "Servings Per Container: 30", so one bottle lasts a month. The label says not to exceed that dose, and it names no time of day or food rule.
Where is the lot number printed on the bottle?
The label we read shows one code, ENB_452_01_062526, running up the edge. Its meaning is not explained, so we cannot confirm it is a lot number. The seller's lot reference, S-26/GE-6580, is not lab proof. Ask the order desk about your bottle.
Does the Synaptril label say who makes it?
No. It names Gluco Elixir of Aurora, Colorado, as the distributor, with the phone number and support email. No manufacturer, factory or country of manufacture is printed. The sales page footer names SHIPOFFERS, also in Aurora.
