The sales page lists three packs: two, three or six bottles. When you pick one, you land on a checkout run by BuyGoods, a payment platform. That is where you enter your address and card.
The order buttons on getsynaptril.com take the same route. They pass through a short /order/ step, then open the BuyGoods checkout for the pack you chose. The price and the guarantee are the ones on the sales page.
The home page at synaptril.com, without the /pv part, showed only an "under construction" notice when we checked. That is why links point to /pv.

Is Synaptril sold on Amazon, Walmart or in stores?
Not that we know of. We have found no authorized Synaptril listing on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or Costco, and no shelf space at CVS or any pharmacy.
That does not mean a listing can never appear. Anyone can post a product on a marketplace. The problem is that nobody outside the seller can check where those bottles came from.
A bottle from an unknown seller may be old, stored in heat, opened or not the real product. The label asks for storage below 30°C (86°F) and says not to use a bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing. A stranger's warehouse gives you no way to confirm either.
