Synaptril FAQ: 41 Questions, Answered From the Label
The Synaptril FAQ answers 41 common questions about the one-a-day brain support capsule. Each answer comes from the bottle label, the sales page or a public health source. Questions sit in seven groups: basics, daily use, the label, health and safety, ordering, returns and trust. Search by word, or open a group and read down.

What does the Synaptril FAQ cover?
No question matches. Try another word.
The Synaptril FAQ covers 41 questions that other pages on the site do not answer. Each one gets a short, direct reply in the first sentence.
The answers come from three places: the bottle label, the sales page we read on October 18, 2026 (Synaptril sales page), and public health sources such as NIH, FDA and MSKCC. When a fact is not printed anywhere, we say so instead of filling the gap.
Type a word such as "refund", "kidney" or "travel" in the search box, or scroll through the seven groups below. Bigger topics have their own pages, such as how to take it and side effects.

Basics02
What kind of product is Synaptril?
Synaptril is an over-the-counter dietary supplement in capsules, not a drug. You do not need a prescription, and the FDA does not review it before it is sold.
The bottle names a distributor but no manufacturer and no country of origin. A few label details, such as an edge code, are printed without any explanation.
Does Synaptril need a prescription?
No. Synaptril is sold as a dietary supplement, so no prescription is needed to order it. The label still asks you to consult a physician before use, especially if you take a medication or have a medical condition. A pharmacist can also check it against your current list.
Is Synaptril a medicine?
No. The label calls it a dietary supplement and carries the FDA statement that it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Dietary supplements Q and A). Treat it as an add-on to your routine, never as care for an illness.
Is Synaptril made in the USA?
The label does not say. It prints no country of manufacture and names no factory. A brand badge reads 'Proudly manufactured in the USA', but it names no facility. The only company on the bottle is the distributor, Gluco Elixir of Aurora, Colorado.
Is Synaptril the same as products with similar names?
No. Several products have names that look or sound alike, and they are separate products with their own formulas. The bottle you want reads SYNAPTRIL under a blue dotted brain mark and says '30 CAPSULES | DIETARY SUPPLEMENT'. If a listing shows another spelling or form, it is not this capsule.
What does the code ENB_452_01_062526 on the label mean?
Nobody has explained it publicly. The code ENB_452_01_062526 is printed along the edge of the flat label, but neither the label nor the sales page says what it stands for. It may be a print or artwork reference. We do not treat it as a lot number or a date.
What is on synaptril.com besides the order page?
Very little. When we checked on October 18, 2026, the synaptril.com home page showed an 'under construction' placeholder (Synaptril sales page). The working page is synaptril.com/pv, which lists the three packs and the guarantee and leads to the BuyGoods checkout. It names no ingredient or health condition.
Daily use03
How does Synaptril fit into a normal day?
Synaptril fits a normal day as one capsule, taken at any time you can repeat. The label sets no clock time and no rule about food.
A bottle is one month. Travel, coffee and sharing all work, as long as you keep the label close and the capsules cool.
Can I travel with Synaptril capsules?
Yes, as long as you keep them safe and labeled. Pack the capsules in the original bottle so the label travels with them. The label asks you to store it below 30°C (86°F), so keep it out of hot cars and sunny windows. Count out enough days before you leave.
How many days does a bottle of Synaptril last?
One bottle lasts 30 days. It holds 30 capsules, and the label says to take one capsule daily. Two bottles cover 60 days, three cover 90 days and six cover 180 days. If you skip days, the bottle simply lasts longer, so keep an eye on your refund deadline.
Can I take Synaptril with my morning coffee?
Nothing on the label rules it out. Synaptril lists no caffeine or other stimulant, so it adds none to your cup. Swallow the capsule with water. If coffee is part of breakfast anyway, taking the capsule at that meal is an easy way to remember it each day.
Is it better to take Synaptril in the morning or at night?
The label does not say, so either works. Pick one time and keep it. Many people link it to a meal they never skip. CoQ10 and curcumin dissolve in fat, so a meal with some fat is a sensible choice, though the label sets no food rule.
How many bottles do I need to try Synaptril for 90 days?
You need three bottles for 90 days at one capsule a day. The 3-bottle pack is $216, or $72 a bottle, with free US shipping. Keep in mind the money-back window is 60 days, so you would decide on a refund before the third bottle is finished.
Can two people share one bottle of Synaptril?
They can, but the bottle runs out fast. Thirty capsules split between two adults last 15 days each. Each person should check the label's age, pregnancy and medicine warnings for themselves. A 6-bottle pack at $49 a bottle covers two people for 90 days.
The label04
What do Synaptril label details mean?
The Synaptril label lists one amount, 80 mg of magnesium, and a 575 mg blend of six ingredients in order of weight. Everything else on the panel is a shell or a flow aid.
The order of the blend is the key to reading it. Because the first ingredient supplies the magnesium, it likely takes up most of the room, and the other five share what is left.

Why is magnesium listed twice on the Synaptril label?
Because one line shows the mineral and the other shows its source. The top line lists 80 mg of magnesium, 19% of the Daily Value. The blend then lists magnesium glycinate, the compound that supplies that magnesium. They are the same magnesium counted in two ways, not two separate doses.
Which ingredient is the largest in the Synaptril blend?
Magnesium glycinate is the largest. Blend ingredients are listed from most to least by weight (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36), and it is first. Pure magnesium glycinate is about 14% magnesium (Magnesium glycinate, Mg content), so 80 mg of magnesium needs about 570 mg of it. That likely fills most of the 575 mg blend.
What fillers are in a Synaptril capsule?
Four helpers plus the shell. The label lists hypromellose (the vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide. These help the powder flow, fill evenly and keep from clumping. They are common in capsule supplements and carry no health claim on the label.
Is the turmeric in Synaptril paired with black pepper?
No. The label lists no black pepper extract or piperine. That matters because curcumin alone is poorly absorbed; in one study, adding 20 mg of piperine raised blood levels of curcumin by 2000% (AARM, Piperine and curcumin). Piperine can also change how some drugs are cleared, so its absence is not all bad.
Does Synaptril contain acetyl-L-carnitine?
No. The label lists L-carnitine, not acetyl-L-carnitine. The memory trials of carnitine used acetyl-L-carnitine at 1.5 to 3 g a day (NIH ODS, Carnitine). Synaptril's L-carnitine is fourth of six in the blend, so it holds at most 144 mg, and likely far less.
Does Synaptril contain sugar or sweeteners?
None are listed. The label shows no sugar, sweetener, flavor or color. That is normal for a swallowed capsule, because there is no taste to cover. The full list is the 575 mg blend, the magnesium line and the five capsule ingredients on the Supplement Facts panel.
Health and safety05
Who needs to be careful with Synaptril?
People with kidney disease, liver concerns, diabetes or cancer treatment need to be careful with Synaptril, along with anyone already taking magnesium.
The label itself rules out anyone under 18 and pregnant or nursing mothers. It also asks everyone on a medication to talk to a physician first.
Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because you started a supplement. Bring the bottle to your doctor or pharmacist so they can see the full ingredient list.
Can I take Synaptril if I have kidney disease?
Ask your kidney doctor first. NIH notes that poor kidney function raises the risk of magnesium building up to toxic levels (NIH ODS, Magnesium). Each capsule holds 80 mg of magnesium. Your doctor knows your lab results and can say whether any extra magnesium is right for you.
Is Synaptril safe for my liver?
Liver problems from it are not expected, but one ingredient carries a rare risk. Turmeric is the most common cause of herbal liver injury in the US, at about 1 in 10,000 to 100,000 users (LiverTox, Turmeric). Stop and call a provider if you notice dark urine, yellow skin, nausea or unusual tiredness (NCCIH, Turmeric).
Can I take Synaptril during cancer treatment?
Talk to your cancer team before you start. MSKCC says alpha lipoic acid may interfere with chemotherapy and radiation (MSKCC, Alpha-lipoic acid), and that CoQ10 may make them less effective (MSKCC, Coenzyme Q10). Both are in the Synaptril blend. Your oncologist or pharmacist can judge the timing for your treatment.
Why does MSKCC warn people with diabetes about butcher's broom?
Because of one reported case. MSKCC cites a woman with diabetes who developed diabetic ketoacidosis five days after using butcher's broom, and advises people with diabetes against it (MSKCC, Butcher's broom). Alpha lipoic acid may also lower blood sugar (Linus Pauling Institute, Lipoic acid). If you have diabetes, ask your doctor before trying Synaptril.
I already take magnesium. Can I add Synaptril?
Add up the numbers first. NIH sets the adult upper limit at 350 mg a day from supplements and medicines, not food (NIH ODS, Magnesium). Synaptril gives 80 mg. If your other supplements already provide 300 mg, you would pass the limit. Loose stools are the usual first sign of too much.
Can Synaptril clear up brain fog?
No study shows that. Brain fog has many causes, including poor sleep, stress, low blood sugar, depression and hormone changes (Cleveland Clinic, Brain fog). A capsule does not fix any of them. If the fog disrupts daily life, see a provider. Read more on brain fog causes.
Can Synaptril replace a memory check-up?
No. New or worsening memory problems deserve a doctor visit, because causes such as low vitamin B12, thyroid problems, depression and some medicines are often treatable (MedlinePlus, Memory loss). Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed. Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or weakness on one side needs 911 right away.

How do you order Synaptril, and is it worth it?
You order Synaptril online in packs of two, three or six bottles. Whether it is worth it depends on what you expect from a mostly-magnesium capsule.
The price per bottle drops from $89 to $49 as the pack grows. A bigger pack saves money but runs well past the 60-day refund window.
Is Synaptril sold in stores?
We know of no store that sells it. Synaptril is ordered online through the sales page and its BuyGoods checkout. We have found no authorized Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Costco or CVS listing. Bottles from other sellers cannot be checked, and they may not be covered by the guarantee.
Can I give Synaptril as a gift?
You can, with care. The label rules out anyone under 18 and pregnant or nursing mothers, and the person should check it against their own medicines. Keep the order ID from the checkout, because a refund under the guarantee needs it. Tell the recipient to keep the bottles too.
Is Synaptril worth the money?
That depends on what you expect. It costs about $1.63 to $2.97 a day, depending on the pack. In return you get 80 mg of magnesium and small amounts of five other ingredients, with no trial behind the product. If you want proven help for memory, habits and a doctor visit come first.
Which Synaptril pack makes sense for a first try?
The 2-bottle pack fits a first try best. It is $178, or $89 a bottle, plus shipping, and its 60 days match the 60-day guarantee. The 3-bottle pack costs $216 with free US shipping, but you would judge results before opening the last bottle.
Does ordering through this site cost more than the sales page?
No. Our order buttons send you to the same Synaptril checkout, where the sales-page prices apply: $89, $72 or $49 a bottle depending on the pack. Getsynaptril earns money when you order through our links. The checkout shows the same pack prices either way.
Can I change my Synaptril order after paying?
Ask the order desk as soon as possible. Phone +1 (323) 348-1373 or write to [email protected], giving your order ID. Neither page we read says how long changes stay open, so speed helps. This website cannot see or edit orders, so writing to our inbox will not change anything.
Returns07
How do Synaptril returns work in practice?
Synaptril returns go through the order desk, not this website. You call or email with your order ID, then mail the bottles with tracking.
Return shipping is on you. The refund posts 3-5 business days after the bottles are credited, then 5-10 days on your card. Full steps are on the guarantee page.
The BuyGoods confirmation email with your order ID, every bottle (even empty ones), and a note of the date your order arrived.
Do I need a receipt to use the Synaptril guarantee?
You need your order ID more than a paper receipt. The sales page asks you to contact the order desk with the order ID, then mail the bottles back with your full name, email and order ID. Save the BuyGoods confirmation email the day you order, so the ID is easy to find.
Can I return Synaptril after 60 days?
The published window is 60 days. The sales page says every order carries a 60-day money-back guarantee and says nothing about requests after that. If you are close to the deadline, call the order desk before it passes. Mark the date on your calendar when the bottles arrive.
Does this website handle Synaptril returns?
No. Getsynaptril is an information site and cannot see orders, payments or returns. Refunds go through the order desk at +1 (323) 348-1373 or [email protected]. The returns address is 195 Broadway, Floor 5, New York, NY 10007. Read the full refund steps before you mail anything.
What should I keep in case I want a refund later?
Keep the order ID, every bottle and any tracking numbers. The page we read does not say whether opened or empty bottles are accepted, so ask the desk and keep them all. When you mail a return, use a tracked service and save the receipt until the refund posts.
Is the shipping fee on a 2-bottle order refunded?
The sales page does not say. It prints the refund timing and says the buyer pays return shipping, but it is silent on the original shipping charge for the 2-bottle pack. Ask the order desk before you return. The 3- and 6-bottle packs ship free, so the question does not come up.
Trust08
How do you judge Synaptril claims, badges and codes?
Judge Synaptril claims, badges and codes by asking who stands behind each one. Most are the brand's own words, with no outside lab or certifier named.
That does not make the product fake. It means the proof most shoppers expect, such as a published lab report or verified reviews, is not there yet. See how we handle reviews.
Why are there no star ratings for Synaptril on this site?
Because none are verified. The seller supplied sample scores, order counts and named reviewers, and we could not match any of them to real buyers. The FTC bans fake reviews and testimonials (FTC, Fake reviews final rule). We will publish a review only after it is tied to a real order and the buyer agrees.
Are the badges on Synaptril independent certifications?
No. The badges, such as GMP, 'Registered FDA facility' and 'Doctor formulated', are the brand's own artwork. None names a certifier, a lab, a facility or a formulator. FDA registration puts a facility on a list; it is not an approval (FDA, Dietary supplements Q and A).
What do health experts say about brain supplements in general?
Most say no supplement has proven brain benefits. The AARP Global Council on Brain Health recommends no supplement for brain health (AARP GCBH, Brain health supplements). NCCIH finds no supplement with conclusive evidence against cognitive decline (NCCIH, Supplements and cognition). Harvard Health points to aerobic exercise and a plant-based diet instead (Harvard Health, Brain supplements).
What are S-26/GE-6580 and S-6580-26-GE?
They are seller references, not lab proof. The brief we received lists S-26/GE-6580 as a lot and S-6580-26-GE as a certificate of analysis number. No lab report with either number has been published. Until one is, treat them as tracking labels, not as test results.
Why do different company names and addresses appear for Synaptril?
Because several parties are involved, and the records differ. The label names Gluco Elixir of Aurora, Colorado, as distributor. The sales-page footer names SHIPOFFERS in Aurora. The office and returns addresses we were given are in New York. We show all of them as printed and do not guess who makes it.
