Synaptril Amazon listings are not something we can vouch for. The sales page we read sells the capsules through its own checkout, and we know of no authorized Amazon seller. A bottle bought from a marketplace cannot be traced, so check the seal, the lot and the label before you take it.

We know of no authorized Synaptril listing on Amazon. The sales page sells the capsules through its own checkout, run on BuyGoods.
That is a statement about what we could verify, not a promise that no listing exists. Anyone can post a product on a marketplace.
If a listing appears, treat the seller as unknown. The label names the distributor as Gluco Elixir, Aurora, CO 80011, +1 (323) 348-1373, [email protected]. A marketplace seller may be a reseller with no link to that company.

What can go wrong with a marketplace bottle?
The main risk is not knowing where the bottle has been. Heat, age and copying are the three problems worth checking.
The label says to store the product below 30°C (86°F). A reseller's warehouse or a hot truck may not follow that rule. FDA also warns that some products sold as supplements have held hidden drugs (FDA, Tainted supplements).

Does the 60-day guarantee cover a bottle bought elsewhere?
We cannot say it does. The guarantee is described on the sales page for orders placed there, with the order ID as the key to a claim.
A marketplace order has a different ID and a different seller. The desk at +1 (323) 348-1373 can tell you what it can look up, but we have no printed rule that extends the promise to resale bottles.

Why is a single Synaptril bottle on Amazon suspicious?
The sales page offers no single-bottle option, only packs of two, three or six. A one-bottle listing therefore did not come from that offer. It may be a repack or a reseller's leftover, and we cannot check where it came from or how it was stored.
Can I trust Amazon reviews for Synaptril?
Treat them with care. Reviews on any marketplace can be bought or copied from other products, and the FTC banned fake reviews in 2024 (FTC, Fake reviews final rule). A review also cannot show what is inside a bottle, so check the label and lot yourself.
What if a Synaptril Amazon bottle has a different ingredient list?
Do not take it. The real Supplement Facts list magnesium 80 mg and a 575 mg blend of six named ingredients. Any other list means a different or copied product. Keep the bottle and photos, and report the listing to the marketplace.
Does the Synaptril label name Amazon as a seller?
No. The label names Gluco Elixir of Aurora, CO as distributor and lists the support phone and email. It prints no sales channel. We found no authorized Amazon storefront in the sales page or on the label.
