Synaptril Label Explained Line by Line
The Synaptril label lists a front panel with three starred claims, a Supplement Facts box with 80 mg magnesium and a 575 mg six-ingredient blend, one capsule daily as directions, a caution line and a distributor in Aurora, CO. It names no manufacturer and prints no country of manufacture.

Front panel01
What does the front of the Synaptril label say?
The front of the Synaptril label shows the name SYNAPTRIL under a blue dotted brain mark, then three starred claims and the line "30 CAPSULES | DIETARY SUPPLEMENT".
The claims are "Advanced Brain Support*", "Enhances Memory & Focus*" and "Boosts Mental Energy*". Each asterisk points to the boxed statement that FDA has not evaluated them.
That statement is required for these claims on supplements, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease (FDA, Dietary supplements Q and A). See the disclaimer for what that means in practice.

How do you read the Synaptril label line by line?
Read the label top to bottom: serving, magnesium, the blend, other ingredients, directions and caution. Each line answers one question.
| Label line | What it says | Plain meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Serving size | 1 capsule; 30 servings | A bottle lasts 30 days |
| Magnesium | 80 mg (19% DV) | The only single amount printed |
| Proprietary Blend | 575 mg | Six ingredients, in order of weight, amounts hidden |
| Other ingredients | Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide | Capsule shell and fillers |
| Directions | Take one (1) capsule daily | No time or food rule |
| Storage | Cool, dry, below 30°C (86°F) | Not in a hot car or bathroom |
The blend order is: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric rhizome extract (95% curcuminoids) and coenzyme Q10 as ubiquinone.
The blend03
Why does the label hide the amounts?
The label hides single amounts because US rules let a supplement list a proprietary blend by total weight, in descending order (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36).
So you see 575 mg for six ingredients, but not how much of each. The order tells you only that the first holds the most and the last the least.
Because magnesium glycinate is listed first and is about 14% magnesium (Magnesium glycinate, Mg content), it likely takes most of the 575 mg. Our guide to the ingredients shows the math.
Some web articles name phosphatidylserine or rhodiola instead. The bottle we read lists the six above. Check your own bottle against it.

What do the directions, caution and distributor lines say?
The label says to take one capsule daily and not to exceed the recommended dose. Anyone under 18, and pregnant or nursing mothers, should not take it.
It adds: "Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition." Keep taking any prescribed medicine unless your prescriber says otherwise.
The distributor line reads Gluco Elixir, Aurora, CO 80011, with phone +1 (323) 348-1373 and [email protected]. No manufacturer is named. An edge code, ENB_452_01_062526, is printed but the label does not explain it.
Checks05
What should you check on your own bottle?
Check five things on your bottle: the safety seal, the ingredient list, the directions, the lot or edge code and the distributor line.
- The safety seal is intact. Do not use the bottle if it is damaged or missing.
- The six blend ingredients match the list above.
- The text matches the label we read.
- You photograph the code before you throw away the box.
The code is a seller reference, not lab proof. See the Supplement Facts guide for each line in detail.
FAQ06
Synaptril label questions
What does the asterisk on the Synaptril front label mean?
The asterisk links each claim to a boxed statement: the claims are not evaluated by FDA, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. It marks structure and function wording, not a proven result.
What is the percent Daily Value on the Synaptril label?
Magnesium shows 19% DV for 80 mg. Daily Value compares one nutrient with a reference daily amount. The blend carries a dagger, which means no Daily Value is established for those ingredients.
Where is the safety seal on a Synaptril bottle?
The label tells you not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Check the seal over the cap before opening. If it is broken, keep the bottle and call the order desk.
Does the Synaptril label name the manufacturer?
No. It names a distributor, Gluco Elixir of Aurora, CO 80011, and gives no country of manufacture. We do not guess who makes it. Our guide on who makes Synaptril covers what is known.
Is the edge code on the bottle a lot number?
A code, ENB_452_01_062526, is printed on the label, but the label does not say what it means. Treat it as a reference to quote when you contact support, not as proof of testing.
Why is the caution line important to read?
It names who should not use the product: anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing mothers. It also tells you to consult a physician first if you take a medication or have a medical condition.
