Not on the sales page we read. It lists three one-time packs and mentions no subscription, autoship or automatic refill (Synaptril sales page).
That is a statement about one page on one day, October 18, 2026. A checkout screen can add options that the sales page does not show, so the screen you pay on is the final word.
Our pricing page lists the packs. Each pack is a single payment for 60, 90 or 180 days of capsules.

How can you spot a rebilling offer before you pay?
Look for words like monthly, every 30 days, membership, autoship or "add to my order". Any of these can start a charge you did not plan.
Read the pack line
It should show one pack, such as 3 bottles for $216.
Scan for extras
A pre-ticked box for a bonus, club or refill is a red flag.
Check the total
It should equal the pack price, plus shipping for the 2-bottle pack, and nothing else.
Keep a screenshot
Save the last screen before payment. It is your record of what you agreed to.

Call the order desk at +1 (323) 348-1373 or email [email protected] with your order ID. Do it soon, because the guarantee has a 60-day window.
Say which charge, which date and what amount. Ask for a written answer. If the desk cannot help, contact your card issuer. The FTC advises keeping records of any dispute (FTC, Evaluating online reviews).

Will Synaptril ship me a new bottle every month?

How do I stop an unwanted Synaptril charge?
Contact the order desk first, with the order ID and the charge date. If that fails, ask your card issuer about disputing it. Keep screenshots and emails, since both sides will ask for them.
Does the guarantee refund a charge from a rebill?

Where do I find my Synaptril order ID?
